Layers and controls
We have added a couple of layers into the map to ease navigating at the area. You can choose visible layers from top right corner. The less layers you have chosen the faster the status-system is.
Passwords and locked maps
Sometimes the map is protected with password. The password can be set from the map options. The map can also be protected with a secret url-address. Note that some maps also work without password if you have logged in and you have bought the ticket to your faction with the same user.
Location
We have released an android application that uses background processes to enable location tracking even when the phone is inactive. This feature is only useable when the user is:
- Logged in to Ehasa status android application.
- Is added to the map gps-list help
- Has arrived to the event help
Make sure you log in to the application first. The application sends an confirmation key to the location provider(your phone) but if you start tracking with the browser first then this key is sent to the browser instead and the application cannot send location data.
